Set of 30 Wellbeing Cards to use in school settings, either mainstream, home or alternative provision.
How to use:
Use any of the coloured cards to begin exploring reasons for why child/young person does not want to attend school. You might choose cards that tie in with your knowledge of the child's experiences so far i.e., perhaps they are dealing with a family loss, you would select that card to help open up a conversation.
Following this, you may use one of the cream coloured cards which provide an alternative perspective, or it may be that the child/young person has some positive aspects of attending school/home life so you could use the cream cards alongside the colourful cards where appropriate.
