Providing Support for Mental, Physical and Emotional Health.

Through resources, workshops and 1-2-1 coaching.

About me

A former teacher of 13 years, working in UK maintained secondary schools and Post 16 settings as both a teacher and pastoral tutor. During my time working in education, I became a mental health advocate for adolescents, supporting them through the curriculum and beyond. Having a particular interest in the psychological and mental wellbeing of others, I am now a Level 7 trained Assistant Psychologist and graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

After supporting many students academically and personally through using positive and humanistic psychological approaches, it has enabled many former students to successfully leave school, ready for further education studies or employment.

Through resources, workshops and coaching I can support young people in settings such as schools, alternative education provision and those who are home educated in the following areas:

  1. Emotional and psychological wellbeing

  2. Physical health, diet and nutrition

  3. Resilience building

  4. Understanding of self and healthy relationships

  5. Identifying healthy relationships and understanding family dynamics

  6. Internet safety and the impact it can have on our mental health and wellbeing
